Here at South Austin Moms, we are all about supporting small businesses. I truly feel they make the world go round – seeing someone pour their passion and heart into a business to help others is so inspiring! Today we’ll meet Kati of MoveWithMeMama – which is exactly what is sounds like, a program to get moving after baby. Kati is more than just a fitness instructor, her passion lies with women as they begin or continue their motherhood journey. Enjoy!
Thanks for joining us for the first Small Business Saturday of 2023! Tell us a bit about yourself.
My name is Kati Junkins-Stark! I’m happily married and a mother of two amazing girls. I’m an Occupational Therapist Specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy, Prenatal and Postpartum Rehab and Fitness specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer and a Birthfit Coach! I’ve always been passionate about health, exercise, and helping others. I’ve lived in Austin since 2015 when I moved here to get my Masters in Occupational Therapy. I grew up in Gainesville, Florida and after undergraduate did some traveling and working all over the world spening most of my time in New Zealand, Australia and Bali. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, hiking, trail running, snowboarding, surfing, and eating delicious food!
Those travels seem amazing! Let’s hear more about your business.
