Yoga Time Baby & Me

Join us for yoga time. Throughout class we will do gentle movement and yoga flows tailored to the postpartum body, while incorporating infant development techniques and play. Stay after class for coffee or tea while connecting with other families and browsing through children’s books. Space is limited, suggested donation $10-$15.
