Parent & Child Halloween Yoga on The Lawn
A new class for 1-5 yr olds and their grown-ups- Halloween costumes are encouraged!
9:30a-10:00a on the lawn
Bring your child(ren) to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30-minute parent and child yoga class on the MVP lawn the Sunday before Halloween. This class is most appropriate for ages 1-5 but younger/older siblings are welcome.
Erin Givarz, MSW, former play therapist, early childhood specialist, & certified kids yoga instructor as we combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation.
Bring a blanket or yoga mat for practice! See you on Sunday in your favorite Halloween costume!
Cost: $20 per adult (children free with adult ticket purchase)
