Boo-Bash!

Join your favorite Princesses, Heroes, Villains, and Halloween Friends for a fright-filled night of fun!
Event Information:
Characters: Jack Skellington, Sally Skellington, Cruella de Ville, Bruno Madrigal, Mirabel Madrigal, Elsa, Rapunzel, Spider – Man, Belle, Tinker Bell, and Cinderella. *Please note characters are subject to change without notice
Activities: Meet your favorite characters, take unlimited photos, get a glitter tattoo from Tinker Bell, dance with Cinderella on the dance floor, paint a pumpkin with Rapunzel, explore the gorgeous venue, fill up your goodie bag at the Trick or Treat Stations, and enjoy our Bounce House, all included with a Base Ticket Purchase!
For an additional cost, you can enjoy a petting zoo by Tiny Tails to You or Halloween Cocktails, Beverages, and Snacks from the expert chefs and bartenders at The Viata.

Timing: We have several showtimes to choose from throughout the day on Sunday, October 29th 2023. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the event to find parking. Check-in will begin 5 minutes before each showtime. Additional showtimes may be added based on interest.

Location: Boo Bash 2023 by Just Add Magic Entertainment will be held at the beautiful Hotel Viata, 320 S Capital of Texas Hwy, West Lake Hills, TX 78746 in the Ballroom and Courtyard.
Ticket Information: One base ticket must be purchased per party. This allows entry into Boo Bash for 1 adult and 1 child. Additional adult or child tickets can be added on for +$12 each. A Petting Zoo ticket upgrade allows access for 1 adult or child into the petting zoo by Tiny Tails to You. Petting Zoo ticket upgrades can be purchased for +$10 each. Tickets are available online for $40 a base ticket, and at the door for $55 a base ticket. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing tickets online.
